10-12 oz. lasagna noodles, broken and cooked
1 lb. hamburger
1 onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
8 oz. shredded Mozzarella
1/4 cup parmesan
1 1/2 c. cottage cheese
1 28 oz. jar Ragu pasta sauce (Tomato, Garlic & Onion)
1 1/2 T parsley
1 t. basil
salt & pepper |
- Break lasagna noodles into pieces, cook according to package directions, and
drain.
- Brown hamburger, onion and garlic; drain excess fat.
- Put hamburger,
noodles, and remaining ingredients into crockpot and mix well.
- Cover and cook
on low for 8-10 hours.
