Banana Muffins

INGREDIENTS:

Directions:

3-4 large bananas, mashed
3/4 cup sugar
1 egg, beaten
1 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/3 cup margarine, melted
1/2 cup chopped nuts
1. Blend bananas, sugar and egg together. Add flour,
baking soda, baking powder and salt. Blend well.
Stir in margarine and nuts.
2. Fill paper-lined or greased muffin tins 2/3 full.
3. Bake at 375 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
