5-6 cups cooked pasta
2 medium carrots sliced or shredded
2 small zucchini, thinly sliced
4 green onions, sliced
1/2 white onion sliced in quarters
1 tomato, cubed
2 cups broccoli, cut up small
1/3 cup sliced black olives
1/2 green pepper, diced
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
2/3 cup salad dressing
(Italian and Ranch are both good) |
Mix all ingredients and chill.
This is really good, especially for a cool summer meal! |
